Internet Explorer 8, not updating pages...

I didn't see a IE8 group, so I thought I'd post this here.
I have a Vista laptop that seems to be caching pages I visit on the
internet.
I can open a page from a couple of days ago & it will show content from that
day, unless I hit refresh.
Surely there must be a way to have content be current when browsing sites
frequently visited!

Tools> Internet Options> General> Browsing History> Settings> Check for
Newer Versions of Stored Pages

Set it to Automatic or "every time I visit the webpage".
