Safe mode

Is there a way to make 'Safe Mode with Networking' actually network??

What does this mean? Safe Mode with Networking can "network". Normally one
uses Safe Mode with Networking when working on problems (like malware or
drivers) where you might need to download something to help. You wouldn't
want to use it for normal LAN networking.

Maybe if you were a tad more descriptive about your issues and what you're
trying to do we could help you better.

I have no difficulties using Safe Mode with Networking and being able to
"network" with other PCs and the Internet at large. Perhaps you can tell us
what fails for you?

OK. 'Safe mode with networking' boots fine to Safe Mode, but no
networking function works. Networkplaces, web, nada.

Fine. Why are you in Safe Mode with Networking to begin with? Most people
won't bother to try and pull the details out of you over a long series of
