Vista RTM 13. november? Does someone have a confirm?

Lot of postings on the net about a build 5840 or even higher like 5920

Iam currently running RC2 build 5744.
That i got thru preview program and technet partner program.

I looked everywhere to find a newer build.
But didnt find anything official from microsoft.

I can then read that it is a leaked build.

Anyone knows how to get a legal copy?
I can see that Dell is releasing the RTM on November 13.

So i guess testers should have oppertunity to try it out before that date`?

Why should we? We are not actual testers, as in official. Soon as it's RTM
our bug reports outside of anything in RC1/2 that's not changed in RTM mean
squat.

How to get a legal copy of RTM? How about buying it?

Dell *anticipate* "releasing the RTM on November 13" -- it is not a surity.
