I get this error> SPEECH RECOGNITION COULD NOT START BECAUSE THELANGUAGE CONFIGURATION

Hello, i get the below error.. all my settings are correct of course...
I tried a system restore but that didnt help.... any ideas about how to
fix this? Searching on google, seems to show that many people have this
problem but no one knows how to fix it

SPEECH RECOGNITION COULD NOT START BECAUSE THE LANGUAGE CONFIGURATION IS
NOT SUPPORTED.....THE RECOGNIZER LANGUAGE MUST MATCH THE LANGUAGE OF THE
USER INTERFACE. PLEASE CHANGE THE RECOGNIZER LANGUAGE IN THE SPEECH
RECOGNITION CONTROL PANEL UNDER ADVANCED OPTIONS

So you are good at adding quotes. I state that all my settings are
correct. Everything about the language settings are correct. This seems
to be some bug, if you google it many people have the same exact problem
without changing anything in their language settings.

Anyone else?

I assume you have already tried what I am going to
suggest - - -

Try temporarily setting the language to some other
language, then promptly set it back to your language.

Sometimes the computer gets confused as to its settings,
this often jars it back to the correct language.
