Error Reporting not Reporting Back

I swear I posted this question a few hours ago. It's like gaslighting myself.

My PC is getting pretty unstable and I'm hoping the Vista error reporting
service might shed some light on the crashes. But I only get a response back
perhaps one in 25 times. Why so many reports? Besides the crashes, the MSN
browser never worked well with Vista and has NEVER shut down right in the
past 2 years. Not one clue back from MS about that.

On some days. Windows Explorer shuts down a often as dozens of times.
Many times I have clicked the error reporting message--a perfect average
Zero for umpteen tries. I no longer bother--just restart Explorer and go
on about my business. One of the many, many reasons why Vista deserves
the GWBush award for excellence. If Win7 isn't much, much better, hello
Apple--the first time since the first IBM PC came out that I have even
thought about switching. I don't have much use for Steve Jobs, but
considering what has happened to MS under Steve Ballmer---
