Microsoft Reader

We are developing books for the disabled using MS Reader.
I have many questions too involved for this posting.
Microsoft cannot find any one in their organization versed in MS Reader.
Is there anyone familiar with it that I can throw a barrage of questions at?

We have created many Kurzweil books and also mp3's, Daisy format and then MS
Reader. Contact me at
