TUN Miniport adapter

In my Device Manager under Network Adapters there's a new entry named "Teredo
Tunneling Psuedo-Interface" with the yellow exclamation mark. In searching I
find this relates to the TUN Miniport Adapter. I also found that Vista SP2
installed this device. I have a code 10 as an error saying the device an not
start. I'm connected via Wireless through a router. Is this a problem and
if so how would I install a fix. I've tried to "update" but to no avail.
Thank you.
