Drag and Drop LARGE Icons

Vista RC2
When I drag and drop files in a Explorer window, the icon attached to the
mouse pointer is HUGE, and interferes with seeing where I am dropping it!
Is there any way to change this behavior?
Thanks

I don't like the horrible box around icons that shows when they are
selected.
