Vista - Program stopped working

First of all thx for clicking this thread
im using window vista basic and recently all my program like firefox,
WLM, roxio were stopped working and i dont know how to fix
the first program getting this problem is WLM when i clicking the WLM
icon messenger dint show up but a box did show up wif WLM has stopped
working.A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows
will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I tried to uninstall WLM but when i went to add/remove and tried to
uninstall WLM, the the box show up again and it say WLM installer has
stopped working...so i deleted the installer file in WLM folder and
replace a new one which copied from my friend and the installer work
fine.So, i deleted WLM and reinstall again WLM work fine until i reboot
my laptop, the problem show up again.My others program also facing the
same problem..
I tried to system restore but eventually the last save point is the
date my laptop got this problem,so after i system restore the same
problem will still exist..Any suggestion on how to fix it?
