Upgrade for XP Pro OEM

I have a XP Pro OEM that came with the machine (and paid a premium for
that), CD included. My installation shows it is OEM. Can I use it to get
upgrade price when purchasing full Vista Home Premium or Ultimate versions?

Thanks

Edric

Andre,

Do you have a link from MS on this? (Is there anything yet?) I have seen
lots of coverage on specific manufacturers doing free/inexpensive upgrades.
However, I am wondering if someone bought an outright store copy (either
upgrade XP or full XP), do they get any kind of break?

Thanks!

Jonathan

Check out Newegg. If you buy an OEM copy of Windows from them (any
version, home, pro or MCE), you are eligible for the Express Upgrade
program and will get a Vista upgrade (free or reduced cost).

What I have not seen is anything for retail customers buying retail
boxed copies.
