Vista - No Glass on MDI Child Windows??

I just noticed that whereas RC1 renders the title bar of regular sizeable
windows and dialog windows correctly with "glass", it apparently does not
render MDI child windows with "glass". Is it a bug? Is it a "feature"? Is it
fixed post RC1?

I have been bugging this since beta 1, I notice it applications such as
Photoshop. Its up to the developers of the application I guess. But not even
apps like Access 2007 support it.

Well in this case, I AM the developer !! => So what do I need to do to get
Vista to support glass on my MDI Child Windows?
