No OPtion for shutdown or restart

    No OPtion for shutdown or restart

    Running RC1, I seem to have lost the option for Restart and Shutdown, instead
    now I only have Swith User, Log Off and Lock. I also no longer seem to be
    able to get Task Manager. When I Ctrl+Alt+Del all I get is LOck This
    Computer, Switch User and Change PAssword..... HELP!!!

    Did you switch users to a non-admin account?
