| | Desktop Icon Removal I have an old icon on my desktop that I think I have done everything possible to remove but I can't seem to get it to go away. It is a "Network Magic" icon left over from some stuff that got installed with an earlier wireless modem. Everything associated with the modem has been removed from the computer. There is nothing associated with this icon ...it is just there on the desktop and annoying. Any ideas on how to remove it from the desktop? Thanks!!! ...bj |

I'm not very comfortable even looking at the register never mind making a change, but this seemed quite straight forward ....ie, deleting the entry.
