| | As soon as Vista goes Gold, the Beta will end. As soon as Vista goes Gold, all Vista Beta activity will end. That means, even though the Beta will still run, there will be no more updates through Windows Update. No place to send bug reports. The Vista Tech Beta is shutting down. No need for Vista Beta Newsgroups, etc. |

Once the final, or gold, build is reached, there is no more need for input to help shape it. The people in this Newsgroup will still be asking for help, wanting to know why there are no more updates, will still want to know where to send bug reports, how to get a key, etc. I simply stated that all of this is about to end.
