I used Virtual PC to capture the iso image and take a look. My RC1 build 5600, Pre-RC1 build 5536, Beta2 build 5384 has "upgrade" as well as my 5728 build whose version I don't know what is. I may have miss named my folders, but it looks like only the last release RC2 has it named update.
