Windows 2000 style shutdown/sleep/restart

Hi,
even tho I have everything else set to the Vista theme I still rather use
Windows classic style menu(start).
Trouble is that leaves me with the basic Windows 2000 style shutdown/restart
layout.
Anyone know of a way to be able to have the three windows xp style button
choice?
