Vista - Vista Installation problems on asus P5wd2-e

Hi, i am from greece and i bought ram magazine.
It came with windows vista RC1 cd.
When I boot from the cd it does the quick 30 second "loading setup files",
then I get the black screen with the Microsoft copyright info and the bar
moving across horizontally is showing no action. Nothing happens. It
Freezes. What is wrong?

M/B: Asus P5WD2-E Premium (Intel 975x)
CPu: Intel Pentium D 3,0 Ghz
Memory: 1 Gb DDR2 533Mhz PC2-4200
VGA: MSI NX7800GTX 256Mhz
dvd: LG GDR8163B

I would guess that there is a problem with the CD. It may have a scratch or
other minor error, which affects the loading of the software.
I have a P5WD2 (not -E) and that works fine with Vista RC2.
