Why is autologin suddenly gone?

For my first 2 weeks with Vista RC2 when I power on my computer I would be
auto logged in and taken right to the desktop.

Now for some reason I get that screen with my name and I have to click on it
to get into Vista. Anybody know what triggered this change or better yet how
I can change it back?

It seemed to happen when I turned on network discovery but I can't be 100%
sure. Turning network discovery back off has not made any difference. Hope
there is any easy fix for this because it drives me nuts.

Re: Why is autologin suddenly gone?

Hi,
Did ya happen to install anything that requires older.NET?(v1)
That may be why; cuz some apps use it, and it'll setup a .ASP account.
Check by going to startt>control panel>user accounts>manage accounts
and you'll see if any other account is listed. Guest won't cause that-unless
it is on.
