If you have a live ID, this is free:
skydrive.live.com
create folder - give a name
make public - everyone
chekmark in - live ID not required to view
permissions - no one can edit,delete, etc.
copy the link to the file and post

You can click on "View Update History" to see what was just installed, or
you can change your WU settings to just download and not install new
updates. Then you can choose which updates you want to install. Looks like
your WU is set to downloand and install. If you change your setting to this
you can then click on "View Available Updates", when the yellow shield
pops-up in your taskbar, which will show up where "Succeeded: 4 updates" is
shown.

I have a question concerning the new version of Windows Update which I understand is the same as Windows 7. What happen to all of the updates that were installed in the Update History file before the install of Windows Update Agent 7.4.7600.226. I only have 3 updates showing at the present time. NOTE: I clicked on optional updates and installed one just to see how and if it would post, all is well there. I believe that when MS went to the new version as part of the plan it deleted all of the history up to the new Agent. Screenshot attached. Thank You.

I it is already setup to download and then wait to install updates, but when
it says that there is new updates, even if I click on view updates, I can
only view the name and even then only those that are obligated and no
optional one.

I think that one of the optional one might have been for the Nvidia video
drivers because after I installed the drivers from Nvidia the optional
disappeared from there
