What do expect from a page intended for the average user ?
If you want more information look up the kb article like this:

And that won't tell you much more. If you want a detailed, in-depth, technical
explanation of what the software does you are looking in the wrong place.

I do not need i-depth or technical detail, but I want the same kind of
information that we had before when we double-clicked on the name of the
update, so that I could decide if it is worth installing or not, but what
they have right now is worthless
