AERO does not start when Windows Starts.

Since I installed RC1, I kept the original Vista Theme, and I opened Aero -
as it was not working on startup. I did not have any problems with AERO - I
like the look.

The problem is everytime I start Vista, I have to restart Aero - this is
totally unexpected!

Anybody else having this problem

System specs please?

Do you have the latest WDDM drivers for your video card installed?

Re: AERO does not start when Windows Starts.

Yes, In faqct I had thought that the Drivers were the problem so I had
installed the most current drivers for my GeForce 5200 from nVidia the day
before. They were designed specifically for Windows Vista (Version 9.6.8.5 &
digitally signed by Microsoft) and the behavior continued even after install.

I have a Dell Dimension 4600 2.6 Gig Pentium IV with Hyperthreading (Turned
on) I have 1.5 Gig of DDR RAM, 1 19" Mitsubishi LCD Monitor set to 60 Hz
refresh, 32 byte Colors and 1280 x 1024. I have a 80 Gig 10K Hard Drive with
48 Gig Free.

Windows Vista Ultimate was installed over XP Pro Service Pack 2.

Any other questions, please let me know.
