Vista Tutorial - does not start sidebar

does not start sidebar
double-click on shortcut to sidebar or sidebar.exe (c:\program files\Windows
Sidebar\sidebar.exe) gives no effect

please, help me

Did you restart the computer and try again?
Which build is this?
Also, have you tried launching by click Start > All Programs Accessories >
Sidebar?

Also try enabling it to start automatically with your PC:
Click Start > type "Windows Sidebar Properties" > check "Start Windows
Sidebar when Windows Starts" > click OK.
