| | Icon problem Two of my applications have reverted to generic icons when displayed as short cuts on the desk top or shown in Explorer. Rebuilding the icon cache doesn't work. Changing the color depth from 32 to 16 bit brings the correct icons back, but when I go back to 32 bit the generic icons are back again. I am using Windows 7 but I seem to recall having similar problems back in XP days. -- wapanap |
