| Guest | Windows Vista Ultimate Losing Activation after reboot I just installed RC1 legit copy from MSDN website. I have a valid key issued from Microsoft. It prompts me telling me I have 3 days to activate. I click on activate online now and it goes through sucessfully. The status changes to Activated like it should. When I reboot the pc it unactivates itself and prompts me with the 3 days to activate message. How can I stop this, it is rather annoying |

| Guest | Re: Windows Vista Ultimate Losing Activation after reboot The simplest way is to reinstall. There was a blog by the Vista team about a fix about six months ago but reinstallation also works. | Guest | RE: Windows Vista Ultimate Losing Activation after reboot I can't seem to locate a downlod link... can someone help me out? Also, when you say reinstall... are you talking about a reformat and reinstall or just a repair reinstall like right over the top?
