Vista - Internet Explorer cannot download / from Help

Alex n/a posts	Internet Explorer cannot download / from Help Help & Support becomes corrupt, not sure how or when. Message appears 'Internet explorer cannot download / from Help' when trying to view any help related issues in Vista. The helppane comes up but is blank.
