It in the face of several links doesn't help much but you meant the .pdf
link which was pasted exactly from MSFT's web page.

In that event, just go to

and select Vista and Ultimate and see it for yourself.

Hello
Correct. They can opt for Ultimate however Windows Ulitmate doesn't exist
as a Volume sku.
They would have to use retail activation to activate these machines
