Help Trouble shooting Vista Error Message

I keep receiving an error message: "Spooler SubSystem App stopped working
and was closed." I was receiving this earlier and did a clean install of
Vista and while the message didn't show up for a couple of days eventually
it did show up again. The error message keeps popping up ever 2 or 3
minutes or so and is a real pain. I suspect it may be an incompatible app
or driver but not sure where to start.

Can anyone tell me what the Spooler SubSystem App is as that might help me
identify the offending application or program?

I'm running Vista RC1 on an HP TC1100 Table PC.

Re: Help Trouble shooting Vista Error Message

Hi,

The spooler service is related to printing, so that is where the trouble
lies. It may be a driver problem with the printer, or another service on
which there is an interdependency may have failed.

Re: Help Trouble shooting Vista Error Message

Thanks Rick. I'm guessing it may then have something to do with my Network
Printers. Vista seemed to get stuck when adding those.
