The default date format from the PHP date command is to show the
timezone as +0000 or +0001 etc.
The Microsoft Feed gadget can't cope with this, it needs the dates to
show GMT etc. So my PHP now uses:
<pubDate><?= date("D, d M Y H:i:s e", $ArticleDate) ?></pubDate>
which shows up correctly in the gadget.
