are you using an HP computer or some other brand?
Some info about the make/model of your PC will be helpful.

Um I'm using a desktop PC.
Intel CPU Core2 Quad Q9400 2.66ghz
Asus Motherboard P5QL Pro
with a ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB.
If thats what you mean.
I put it together part by part.
I didn't buy it fully from a company.

I am having the near EXACT same issue....my file is jvbmg.sys and I
can't find anythning on the internet regarding this file. HP PC
here...a250n....PLEASE HELP!
