What level is the ISO that is downloaded? - Ultimate, basic, business, or
what?

I did not see any indication of this on the webpages leading to the
download.

It is your product key that determines what gets installed from the ISO you
downloaded. The CPP keys are in fact for Ultimate as has been mentioned.
