| | Re: What backup features in Home Premium? Last I checked, which was just a few weeks ago, version 8 is beta still so I haven't tried it. Version 7 works good and I've been happy with it running both on XP and Vista, so I'm taking the "if it don't stink, don't stir it" approach. | | Re: What backup features in Home Premium? Correct. No Complete PC Backup in the Home editions. See the third item from the bottom on page 17 of the Windows Vista Product Guide. You will also see that only ad hoc file backups are available in Home Basic. All these questions are addressed in the WVPG. Google the title to go to the download page. "Daze N. | | Re: What backup features in Home Premium? Probably the one thing available in the Business edition that would be really worth having for the Home Premium user, IMO. Like the bitlocker drive encryption (for laptops) being probably the one thing available in the Ultimate edition that would be really worth having for the Business user. So most everyone that *doesn't* have Ultimate is really lacking something that could be well worth having for them. Colin Barnhorst wrote: > Correct. No Complete PC Backup in the Home editions.
