what's the faster one...

a sd ultra III card or a decent usb flash drive
i mean which device is faster in writing and reading?
the sd ultra III card delivers 20 mb/s transfer rate, but i can't find any
numbers for the usb flash drives...

Are you talking about RAM vs. USB Flash Drive? Of course that RAM will be
much more faster than a USB Flash Drive. If you are running Vista, which
includes the technology to run USB Flash Drives as RAM, *(I think it is
called ReadyBoost, not sure) then I rather get the RAM upgrade rather than
the USB Flash Drive. RAM is much more faster, and convinient that the USB,
because that technology may be tied with USB bandwiths, and if you have
multiple USB devices on your pc, they may slow down the USB flash drive as
RAM. And a system benefits with more physical RAM, than some from a USB.
