Little Red X's all over the Help and Support screens.

Hi, I am running WV Ultimate, upgraded from my XP pro installation.
Everything seems to work fine, EXCEPT for the fact that when I bring up the
help and support screen, all the images have little red X's, like they can't
be found on the disk. What gives? I know others don't have such an issue.
What can I do short of reinstalling Vista?

Thanks,

-Kal.

Did you let Help and Support connect to the internet to get the latest
content?

Yes, I did. That did not help.

Thanks,

Re: Little Red X's all over the Help and Support screens.

Well, here's another one it works for. I don't have any problem with it.
You may be stuck with that re-install. Another reason why I am not going to
buy the upgrade version on January 30th.
