| | Uninstalling Vista Is it possible to return my system to XP Pro after having installed Vista without doing a dual boot install? I tried running the XP setup program with no response from my system. There does not seem to be an uninstall for Vista. |

| | Re: Uninstalling Vista Hello LGoff, No it is not possible to uninstall Vista. The only way to go back to XP is to format the Hard Drive when re-installing XP. | | Re: Uninstalling Vista Not without knowing how and where you were running format. If you have a Windows XP cd, boot the computer with it and follow the prompts. When you have the opportuninty, delete the partition with Vista on it and create a new partition. The installer will give you options for formatting and just highlight "...format ...NTFS..." and hit enter. Install will proceeed when that is finished.
