Vista - Access denied errors with outlook opening its data file

hello,

i've installed vista final and office 07. now i want hook my pst files with
outlook.

when i try to open the data file from outlook file menu, i get the error
that access is denied. i've checked the file security settings, and it allows
my account (as admin) to full access.

i guess outlook is started by me, and is using my account to access the pst
data files.

also same error comes with another software i use called evernote. when i
first installed this software, i hooked my evernote db file successfully, but
after restarting vista, it is also giving same access denied error.

See my response to your other request on taking ownership of a file/folder.
You need to do this with the pst files as well under your current user
account.
