Tried to download the beta yesterday and after trying and failing a couple of
times I started to get the following message "You have received the maximum
number of product keys".

I have receieved no email with the product key and cant even start to
download the beta, any help would be appreciated

I got the same message as well. I was refreshing a web page to try to get a
link to download the beta. I am now using the link in the email from
Microsoft. You should receive a email with the product key and a link to the
download as well.
You may have to wait for the email to arrive.

My download timed out sometime last night. Now I cannot download it at all...
