Customer preview program?

Hello, I am part of the customer preview program, and have recieved the beta,
and the RC1, but havent recieved the RC2... When should I expect to get
this in the mail>? has it been shipped yet? If not, where can i download it?

Re: Customer preview program?

RC2 was not mailed out. The CPP mailings were only for Beta 2 and RC1. RC2
had a limited availablility by download only to selected testers by
invitation. CPP ended in Nov. and the download links are all removed.
Vista released to manufacturing on Nov. 8 and is now final. It will go on
sale to the public on Jan. 30.

RE: Customer preview program?

Windows Vista RC2 is no longer available since Vista is now finalized
and will be available for purchase on January 30, 2007.

Re: Customer preview program?

The RC1 / 2 puzzle still continues whilst I accept that the CPP has now
finished and some links removed - why is MS still issuing Keys for the Damm
thing. Some of us VARs etc require the RC1 to get to grips prior to
distribution and support. AND it has not yet been included in the Partner
Program Software package. HOW CAN WE SELL - with all good concience - WHAT
WE ARE YET TO BE COMPETENT WITH! and I was at the EVO at Reading and still
did not get an RC1 Disk or anything

Re: Customer preview program?

Sorry, but this is not Microsoft. You should contact them directly. This
is not a managed group but a peer-to-peer public newsgroup.
