What are the requirements for using Aero?

I'm having trouble getting Areo to run on my computer. What are the
requirements to run it and what options do you need to set?

You need a supported video card. Control Panel, Device Manager, Display
Adapter. If it doesn't say WDDM it won't do Aero.

Any ATI card with at least 64 megs RAM, from 9600 on will work. More RAM
is better. Other brands I don't know about, as I always buy ATI.

DirectX 9 in hardware with pixil shader 2.0 for the card and a WDDM driver.
