Vista - Outlook 2007 Attachments Not Arriving

dnr n/a posts	Outlook 2007 Attachments Not Arriving Since installing Vista and Office 2007, Outlook is no longer getting any mail messages with attachments. With the same mail account on a different computer running XP and Outlook 2007, mail messages with attachments are working fine.
