| | Unable to edit SharePoint document library files from Vista I have a server with Microsoft SharePoint 2007 In this SharePoint site, there is a document library with an Excel file. I also have Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate installed on another machine. From the Vista machine, I opened the SharePoint site in IE, I clicked on the Excel file, and opened it for edit, but it did open in read only. I did the same test again from a Windows XP machine, and everything worked fine. Why I am not able to edit SharePoint documents from Vista? Thank you |
