Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working

For any of you that's installed Nero and are now seeing this error "Windows
host process (Rundll32) has stopped working" as well as "COM Surrogate"
error, this has seemed to have fixed the problem for me...

Also this removes the cockeyed Nero Scout from My Computer...

Everyone might have already known all of this, but I didn't. I'd gave up on
Nero because of the error's. Thought I'd post this just to try and help
other's.
