Beta download servers - resume ?

Does anyone know why the new MS download servers (download.windowsvista.com)
do not support Resume?
I have been trying to download the ISOs (both) with NetXfer but it bombs at
50 or 70+% and error cannot resume as server does not support resume after
broken link.

Re: Beta download servers - resume ?

But that does not make any sense! Surely once you are downloading then it
should let you finish - I must have restarted about 5 times now and
downloaded at least 5 gig to no avail.

Hello Russell,

I would try using the download manager provided by MS

Re: Beta download servers - resume ?

Hmmm...I just opened the page in IE and Firefox and it comes right up with
the links.

Try this link: http://download.windowsvista.com/pre...FRE_EN_DVD.iso

Re: Beta download servers - resume ?

Thanks Tom. Things must be easing up a bit on the servers, it's Friday pm
(here in the UK).
I am dl using my dl manager which is at 61% now and I just tried the web
page again and got to the download page for the first time in 2 days!
Cheers.
