I have succesfully enabled bitlocker on several laptops for testing in our
company, and now would like to enable bitlocker +PIN functionality.

I have turned on the security policy, but have yet to find where i get
prompted to set or use a PIN.

Does this need to be enabled BEFORE bitlocker is enabled and has encrypted
the volume?
