Strange Issue with windows update

I recently applied an update on Vista (RC2 5744)
And as this update was downloading I noticed something very strange, the
strange thing was that the temperature on my weather gadget started randomly
changing once the update was downloaded it stopped.

I've been using vista for a longtime now this might of been happening for a
while now but this is the first time I've noticed it.
Has anyone else noticed this ? or for that fact know what might cause it ?

Re: Strange Issue with windows update

Hi,

Coincidence maybe? I know of no correlation between the updates and the
gadgets, perhaps your system was having trouble getting updated information
from the weather stream while your bandwidth was being used by the update
site. Haven't noticed anything like that in any of the prereleases or RTM.

Re: Strange Issue with windows update

just one of those things I guess I rolled back the update and reinstalled
the update just to see if I could reproduce it but everything was normal
