Moving from 64 bit to 32 bit

If I install the 64 bit version of Vista and then after a while if I find
that I don't like it or it is not compatible with my software or hardware,
can I remove it from my system and then install the 32-bit version with the
same P/N since the box will contain both versions? Or would I have to
purchase another P/N? I would still only be using one version of Vista on the
original computer it was installed on.

Yes you can. One version installed at a time is the EULA requirement

Can you create a dual boot with the 32 and 64 bit versions using the same PK? Would it be against the rules even though you would only be running only one at a time?

No, you need individual product keys.

No, it's one installation per product key, same as with XP.

    Who's William?
I Rau, whom I answered asked

It is perfectly acceptable to install one version, uninstall it and install
the other version with the same pk

    Who is John Barnes?

I don't know who this particular William is, but someone using the name
William asked the above quoted question in this thread. Why are you asking
me this? Who is John Barnes?

Re: Moving from 64 bit to 32 bit

Running doesn't matter. Having it installed and activated is what matters. You may activate the product key on one device. A device is a partition or blade. The EULA states that more than one version of the product may be in the package but only one can be installed at a time.
