Recycle Bin Issue/Question Beta2

Just got the beta.

When emptying the recycle bin I get prompted that files/directories do not
exist and it wants to create them, I choose skip or ok and then I get the
standard crumble sound and it the empty recycle bin dialog goes away and its
not empty, any ideas, or is this a known issue?

Re: Recycle Bin Issue/Question Beta2

Known issue - those which don't exist, just click "Skip" otherwise yer'll go
round in a loop.
