Change file type icon

Hi...I just wonder...where is the option to change the icon of specific file
type?

I don't know why they got rid of the File Types tab, as the advanced editing
of file types has not been fully replaced by Control Panel > Default Program
> Set Associations.


I am using the File Type Doctor module in Creative Element Power Tools at
the moment. It would be nice if this module was available separately.
