Task scheduler runs outside specified times

I have a task set to run for every 15 minutes from 9:00 am for a duration of
12 hours. However it runs continuously and never stops after the twelve
hours. The history shows it running all night if I leave it to do so, at the
specified 15 min intervals.

Anyone else seen this?
