| | Bluetooth Vista WARNING This is really just a warning note, for anyone with BlueSoleil software for Bluetooth dongles. Do not install the XP software on Vista, you will end up in a blue screen of death loop where you cannot restart your PC. If you do suffer from this, start PC into safe mode. Go into msconfig and remove all entries for BlueSoleil from the startup tab, then reboot. Once you have rebooted and the blue screen cycle has stopped, you can uninstall the software. This only applies to the specific "Bluesoleil" software, not others. Unfortunately, Bluesoleil is bundled with many generic, unbranded bluetooth dongles, so be careful. |
