Vista - Codecs

I can't find the video and audio codecs entries in Device Manager. Where
are they now? I need to see what versions I have installed.

Hi:
Open WMP11.
Press Alt to display the "old" menus.
Help, About...
Click on the link of techincal support.
A web page will open showing you which codecs you have installed.

SS,

That forgetting disease (can't remember the name) must be spreading,
although, the Codecs are where they have always been, within Vista.

Special note just for SS:
Only you will understand the forthcoming: RC1 Media Center time expired
three months ago. Today, Booted a RC1 and then UpDated, and then suddenly the
MCE begin functioning... never know what to anticipate from those silent
UpGrades.
